The results of this survey and the overwhelming outcome is that neither the manufacturing companies or their suppliers (OEM's) have enough resources or the communication necessary to consistently be successful in the services that they receive or provide.
Our Engineering, Process and Resource control model, addresses all these issues, by the use of additional resources focused on understanding the needs of the manufacturer, co-developing a solution and communicating these to suppliers, results in proposals that match the needed solution. Therefore, this reduces cost to the manufacturing, by reducing risk to the supplier. This done early in the project life cycle will reduce time constraints on the suppliers and make deliveries more attainable, increasing the suppliers ability to profit while improving the quality of what is being provided.
